These terms are an agreement between you and GrowPal ("we", "us") covering your use of the GrowPal app and website. By using GrowPal you agree to them. Questions: support@ionul.com.
GrowPal is an informational tracking tool, not a medical device or a source of medical advice. Content such as the symptom guide, growth percentiles, sleep guidance, milestone information, nutrition and safety checklists is general educational information based on public sources (e.g. WHO, AAP, CDC) and may not apply to your child. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, and contact your local emergency number immediately in an emergency. Never delay seeking professional advice because of something in the app.
You can use GrowPal without an account (data stays on your device) or create one to enable cloud sync and Family Sync. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Family Sync shares your household's child data with people who join using your invite code — only share the code with caregivers you trust. You can rotate the code or remove members at any time.
Don't misuse GrowPal: no attempting to access other households' data, probing or disrupting the service, reverse-engineering, or using the app in violation of applicable law. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
The GrowPal app, name, logo and content are our property or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for tracking your own family. The data you enter remains yours.
GrowPal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
You can stop using GrowPal and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and material updates will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
